- Saraswati is a very special day devoted to Sang Hyang Aji Saraswati, the goddess of all knowledge and arts. The day will be celebrated in every temple in all over Bali Island on Saturday (9/2). - Tumpek Landep: A day to pay homage to Heirlooms
- Tumpek Landep derived from the words, Tumpek, i.e. Saturday of Kliwon and Landep, means ‘sharp’. During this day, the heirlooms, such as “kris” (wavy dagger) and other weapons, which being kept at the family temple are taken out for blessing to ensure the continued magical power, which bring good fortune upon the owners.
