Rates and Exchange
Rates Abexnet.com can undertake distributing products
and services (all prices US Dollars) but this is a separate contract
and billing from your Abexnet.com product or service purchase. It
is essential to keep track of differences in personal balance statements
due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates during bank processing
time. All transactions are in US Dollars and calculated at the rate
of exchange in effect at the time of transaction. All prices are
F.O.B. Abexnet.comnet.com warehouse dock and subject to change without
notice.
Order Procedure
To order a product through Abexnet.com please go to
the Order Form Page and complete all categories of the form. There
are three basic steps.
Collect information about the products and items that
interest you and review the web pages explaining Abexnet.com policy,
terms and conditions for full current information about our operating
regulations and standards, and check additional information and
product availability.
Go to the Abexnet.com Payment Center to make an order
based on your enquiry and enter the Abexnet.com Payment System.
Completion of the order form will constitute a real-time payment
action. Be sure your real-time payment action is based on a full
understanding of Abexnet.com terms and conditions, privacy policy,
cancellation and refund advisories and product descriptions. This
will be the confirmation of your check availability from our staff
logging you request in its time frames.
Terms of Payment
70% deposit is required to initiate all orders, balance
due prior to shipping. We recommend all payments be done by credit
card. Please consult our Finance Department Manager for a consultation
and recommendation if necessary. Do not initiate any other form
of payment without a confirmed legal recommendation from our finance
department.
Shipping and Delivery
Services
Billing for shipping and delivery is completely separate
from product purchase. If you have a preferred delivery service
to pick up and transport items you have purchased through Abexnet.com
from our storage warehouse to your chosen destination, legal documentation
from them is required. All other risks of transportation, handling
and delivery are your responsibility and the responsibility of your
hired agent. Because of Abexnet.com ongoing world wide order processing,
warehouse and storage service is limited to rapid turnover. Failure
to pick up goods when the payment process is completed incurs storage
rental fees. The two week grace period between the date of final
payment processing and commencing storage rental fees carries no
responsibility on the part of Abexnet.com for the condition or safety
of your goods.
Any returns must be authorized in writing by Abexnet.com,
subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee; all unauthorised returns
will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.
All measurements and assessments of size, weight,
dimension, height, colour, volume, etc., are approximate due to
the natural slight variations characteristic of hand-crafted items.
Abexnet.com is affiliated with several internationally
accredited delivery agencies. Please feel free to take advantage
of the services of our knowledgeable and experienced associates
to expedite the transport, shipping, and delivery of your order.
Confirmation
All orders will be confirmed in writing before processing
and all discrepancies immediately noted and identified in writing
by the purchaser by fax if possible. Orders cannot be changed or
cancelled once accepted or processed without Abexnet.com written
permission.

Warrantee
Every Abexnet.com product is under warrantee. Refer
to the Product Warrantee Link on the description page for the items
you require. The warrantee for products you have sold is covered
by the producer; review this producer-purchaser warrantee before
and during the ordering process. The natural slight variations in
lines of handicraft items precludes and general Abexnet.com warrantee.
Liability
As an independent agent for and among our producers,
suppliers, buyers, sellers, delivery services (if and only if contracted
through Abexnet.com) , financial institutions and/or other related
parties who provide, sell, and use such products, Abexnet.com is
in no way responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claims or injury
direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise, whatsoever, however,
caused or incurred whether arising in contract or otherwise in law
or equity as a result of rendering of the products or services described
including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing,
as a result of any delay (s), substitution (s), rescheduling (s),
